Dear Valued ClearDB Customer,
As of November 30th, 2024, we have terminated all ClearDB services. Email communications were sent to all customers on October 17th, 25th, November 1st, 11th, 18th, 25th, and 27th, recommending to create backups or migrate the data before November 30th.
Unfortunately, if this activity wasn't performed prior to November 30th, we are unable to provide any backups as we no longer have access to the data. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
